Mussoorie Lake
Located at 6 kilometres on the Mussoorie-Dehradun road, the lake was recently developed as a picnic spot by the city board and the Mussoorie Dehradun Development authority. A nice small lake, which is created by a natural waterfall, while going down from road to lake in the way very good small waterfall is there.



Dhanolti / Dhanaulti. Dhanolti (also spelled Dhanaulti) is a small village that is located at a distance of 30 km from Mussoorie. Lal Tibba
Lal Tibba the Landour ridge is the highest point in Mussoorie. This also remains the most secluded and beautiful area of the town, with spectacular views of the snow clad greater Himalayas, dense deodar forest, and peaceful slopes.Lal Tibba also referred as a Depot Hill owing to the presence of a depot, also houses a camp of the Indian Military services, towers of Doordarshan and All India Radio.



Buddha Temple
Shedup Choepelling Temple, also known as Tibetan Buddhist Temple, is one of the famous Tibetan temples located in the destination. Situated on the Happy Valley Road, close to the IAS Academy, the temple is surrounded by snow capped mountains.
This land was granted to him as Dharamshala by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India. Housing many Tibetan literature and books, the temple is beautifully adorned by clay lamps in the lamp house and the prayer flags.

Santura Devi Temple
Situated 12kms on the way to Kempty Falls, and then the trek of about 1 km, this holy shrine is known for its spiritual importance among the residents of Mussoorie. It is believed that the entire town of Mussoorie was saved from the wrath of the 1991 Uttarkashi earthquake by the Holy Divinity 'Santura Mata'. Hence, the name Santura Devi Mandir.
